🐾 Pawvia Collective Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2025

At Pawvia Collective, we’re committed to ensuring you and your four-legged companions are 100% satisfied. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging
• Must include proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt)

Returns must be requested by emailing us at returns@pawvia.pet before sending any items back.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
• Personalised or custom items (e.g. engraved collars)
• Sale or clearance items
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or pet use


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:
• Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days

If your return is rejected (e.g. signs of wear), we will contact you with next steps.


🚚 Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt without proof


🛠 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at support@pawvia.pet within 7 days of delivery with:
• Photos of the item and packaging
• Your order number

We’ll send out a replacement or refund you as quickly as possible.
